Refund policy
We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer refunds because the credit card processors charge a 15% chargeback fee, so all returns will receive store credit after the return is approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns received without the invoice or proof of purchase will be delayed in receiving store credit.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ellasarrow.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not offer return shipping labels.

Discount Code Policy
Orders CANNOT be adjusted for discounts after you have made your purchase. You MUST enter the discount code when applicable at checkout to get the discount. If the discount doesn't show up in your cart, then you need to enter the discount code.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories and sale/clearance items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The only way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Due to high sales volumes and sellouts, we are unable to exchange items for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via an electronic gift card for store credit for the website, or a credit to your Comment Sold account, or a credit on the App, depending on where you made your purchase. We do not offer refunds on shipping.
