Returns

Returns must be received in original, unused condition with the original tags still attached and a copy of the original invoice must be included.  Returns received without the invoice will be delayed in receiving store credit.  

 

  • Store credit is issued in the form of an electronic gift card, that will be emailed to you once processed, if you ordered on the website.  If you placed your order on through Comment Sold or on the App, your credit will be issued there. We do not offer refunds because the credit card processors charge a 15% chargeback fee, so all returns will receive store credit after the return is approved. We do not offer return shipping labels.  
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with the tags still attached.  
  • Returns MUST be postmarked within 15 calendar days of package delivery. Returns older than 15 days will be rejected and you will be contacted to have the items shipped back to you at your expense.  
  • Due to high order volumes and sellouts, we are not able to process exchanges.  
  • SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.  THIS INCLUDES ALL ITEMS WITH THE PRICE ENDING IN $0.99 BEFORE TAX! 
  • Accessories are non-returnable items and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.  
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.  

 

If you receive items that are damaged or defective, please contact support before returning.  Defective items must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

When you place an order with us, please note that the liability is between you and USPS and/or Route (if applicable).  We do not make any exceptions to this policy.  

If your tracking number is showing that your item has not been delivered yet, message support and we will help you track it down.  If the package has been scanned as “delivered”, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
